Our Content: All content provided by Eduysle, including software, designs, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by Eduysle and protected by Nigerian and international copyright laws.
Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you submit to the platform (e.g., exam questions, student data). You grant us a license to use this content to provide our services to you.
We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) 2019. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information.
Schools are responsible for obtaining all necessary parental consents before providing student information to Eduysle. By using our platform, you confirm that you have obtained such consents where required by law.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, Eduysle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
You agree to indemnify and hold Eduysle harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
Before filing a lawsuit, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through informal negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Eduysle regarding the use of our services.
